Apartheid survives in post-apartheid media regulation. Remnants remain even as a post-apartheid agency like the Film and Publication Board (FPB) deploys a regulatory method grounded in the "classification" and "certification" of media, as opposed to the outright censorship wielded by a racist apartheid state.
